Kathmandu, August 29 :

The Central Struggle Committee of the Nepal Municipality Employees Association (NMEA) has decided to resume garbage collection in the Municipality out of sense of responsibility towards the city people.

The struggle committee of the Nepal Municipality Employees Association has also directed all unit committees to follow the decision of the central committee.

The Nepal Municipality Employees Association is committed to looking into demands of the central committee and their agenda by holding negotiations with the concerned authority.

The struggle committee has threatened to resume its protest programme if their problems were not addressed.
