Kathmandu, June 9:

The Private and Boarding Schools’ Organisation Nepal (PABSON) today appealed to the ANNISU-R to withdraw the indefinite education strike. The ANNISU-R had called the indefinite educational strike on June 7. Umesh Shrestha, president of the PABSON, said that students had been getting enrolled at schools in neighbouring countries due to educational strikes.

“The strike has pushed the future of students into darkness,” he said, urging that the students’ right be honoured by allowing them to study in a peaceful environment.
