KATHMANDU: Dr John Collum, a Technical Education and Vocational Training Specialist and Educational Consultant with the Swiss contact office in the Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI) pased away on Wednesday at the age of 61 at his residence in Lalitpur, a statement issued by the TITI on Friday said. Late Collum had contributed for the development and modernisation of the TITI for the last one decade, it said, expressing deep condolence over the expert’s demise.
