KATHMANDU: Police on Friday arrested a youth on charge of extorting money from various persons claiming himself to a police man.

Bharat Nepali (23), a permanent resident of Dhangadhi of Kailali, was arrested while he was collecting money from various persons at the Gaushala bus station in KMC-9.

He was currently residing in Thimi of Bhaktapur.

Further investigation is underway.
