KATHMANDU:

The Federation of Nepalese Journalists, Rastriya Samachar Samiti branch, on Sunday bade RSS editor Surendra Pokhrel, a hearty farewell. Pokhrel had taken a voluntary retirement on May 15 after 12 years of service in RSS. Speaking in the farewell programme, RSS chairman Taranath Dahal wished Pokhrel a successful professional life and expected continued cooperation. Editor Sriram Singh Basnet lauded the contribution made by Pokhrel in promotion of RSS service. Chief Reporter Ramesh Tufan wished a better future for Pokhrel.
