Former United States Senator Thomas A Daschle arrived in Kathmandu on a visit on behalf of the National Democratic Institute (NDI) on Thursday. Daschle will meet leaders of political parties, government officials, civil society members and members of the international community and get to know their views about the present situation of Nepal.
