BHAKTAPUR: A total of 151 people underwent plastic surgery at a four-day free plastic surgery camp held at the Korea-Nepal Friendship Hospital, Madhyapurthimi.

Hospital Director Dr DK Roshan told the Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) on Sunday that the camp was organised by the Madhyapur Municipality in collaboration with the South Korea Rose Club.

A team comprising 25 persons, including seven doctors under the leadership of Dr Mu Huyen Pel of Rose Club, carried out health check-up of all the patients and conducted plastic surgery for those requiring it.

Dr Mahej Pratap Malla of the Hospital said that the number of people, who came for plastic surgery, was very high.  To those who could not undergo surgery at the camp would get an opportunity next time, Malla added.
