KATHMANDU: Police in Kathmandu Valley on Tuesday arrested four persons in possession of various drugs from assorted locations of Kathmandu Valley.

Three persons were held in possession of various controlled drugs from Paris Danda, Koteshwor, KMC-35, on Tuesday.

Manoj Lama (30) from Koteshwor in KMC-35, Roshan Shrestha (28) from Marming-9 of Sindhupalchok district and Kalu Sherpa (25) of Phulping-8 of the same district were held in possession of various controlled drugs.

A police team deployed from the Koteshwor-based Metropolitan Police Sector had arrested them. Police also impounded a scooter (Ba 71 Pa 7046) found in their possession.

Similarly, Ishwor Kapali (20) of Baluwatar, KMC-4 was held with various controlled drugs, from Gyaneshwor Chok of Kathmandu on Tuesday.

He was arrested in possession of total 30 ampoules of various drugs.

Police are looking into both cases.
