Fraud arrested

KATHMANDU: Metropolitan Police Crime Division on Tuesday arrested Somraj Ghale, 37, of Gorkha on the charge of defrauding a person of Rs 1.5 million with the promise of a lucrative job in a noodle factory in Japan.
