KATHMANDU: A garbage collection centre caught fire in Koteshwor, KMC-35 on Wednesday.

According to the owner Sulav Moktan, waste materials, clothes and old corrugated zinc sheets have been completely destroyed.

The fire was controlled by police assited by a fire brigade and locals.

Police said they are investigating into the case.
