KATHMANDU: An emergency cabinet meeting today decided to review the salaries of civil servants. The meeting was chaired by acting prime minister Bijay Kumar Gacchadar. The meeting had also decided to depute Finance Minister Surendra Pandey to talk to the agitating civil servants. Meanwhile, after around 50 civil servants were arrested by police for protesting near Singha Durbar on Thursday morning, the civil servants decided to boycott he talks with the government.
