Thee unions of government employees today decided to hold strikes in their offices on Tuesday to protest the government’s failure to provide security to government employees.

“We have urged all government employees to shut down their offices on July 24 to press the government to pay attention to our demands,” said Ganesh Basyal, chairman of the Civil Servants’ Organisation.

The other two unions calling the strikes seeking security to the government staff are Civil

Servants’ Union and National Employee Organisation.
