Kathmandu, October 15

Police today arrested a man on the charge black-marketing petrol.

A special team of the Metropolitan Police Circle, Kalimati, arrested Raj Kumar Jaiswal, 23, of Parsa, from Kuleshwor acting on information that he was selling petrol for Rs 500 per litre.

He had brought 200 litres of petrol from Parsa on a vehicle to sell it in the capital.
