HM Rawal backs security plan

KATHMANDU: Minister for Home Affairs (HM) Bhim Rawal on Saturday reiterated that the security plan that the government had recently launched was not against any particular caste, ethnic group or community. Speaking at a programme in the capital, Rawal said that the new plan would be implemented at any cost since it was backed by the political parties. It has been targeted to cope with the growing impunity in the country particularly the criminal activities in the eastern and western Terai. Rawal said that the security plan as it would ensure completion of the constitution drafting in prescribed time.
