KATHMANDU: Minister for Home Affairs Janardan Sharma has rescued the victim of a tractor accident that took place in Khadachakra Municipality of Kalikot district.

Chhatra Bahadur Bam, who was seriously injured in the incident, was rescued in the Nepal Army helicopter and airlifted to Nepalgunj for treatment on Sunday evening.

Bam was rescued after the Home Minister received a plea for the same.

Two persons had died in the accident.
