The Parliamentary Environment, Communications and Technology Committee on Friday began a clause wise discussion on Working Journalists Bill -2064 BS (First Amendment). The bill aims at formulating more effective rules by amending the Working Journalists’ Act 2051 BS for the welfare of the journalists, employees and workers in the media sector by ensuring their rights, incentives and security.
