KATHMANDU: Human Rights activists organised a protest rally against the President's move calling it unconstitutional near the presidential residence Shital Niwas on Wednesday morning. The protests have affected transportation in the area.

Speaking at the rally, they urged the President to withdraw his decision in order to maintain civil supremacy. They feared that the President's move could lead to the danger of military rule in the country.
