KATHMANDU: Inspector General of Police Upendra Kant Aryal has underscored the need for the police department to develop a brand identity to address the growing exceptions of general public.

Addressing a function organised at the National Police Academy, Maharajgunj, on Friday, he said, “Police service should be developed in a way that it can address the expectations of the people.”
