Awareness drive
Kathmandu: The World Young Hindu Federation has decided to
launch a Hindu awareness campaign to unite all Hindus. Issuing a release on Saturday, the religious youth wing stated that the awareness campaign would be carried out throughout the nation to pressure the government to ensure the representation of the
Hindu community in the drafting of the new constitution. According to the release, rights of Aryans were violated since the government had
created reservation only for the indigenous groups and Dalits in all spheres of the society. The federation has called for the preservation of
important religious destinations such as Muktinath, Gadimai-Bara, Pashupatinath and Janaki Temple, scattered throughout the country. — HNS
