Two killed in mishap

KATHMANDU: Two persons were killed and one injured when a motorcycle they were riding on collided with a bus at Maitighar on Thursday night. Motorcycle riders Danish Maharjan and Rikesh Maharjan of Harisiddhi were killed while Binod Maharjan was seriously injured and is undergoing treatment at Bir Hospital, police said. — HNS

Man robbed

KATHMANDU: Forty-two-year-old Rudra Karki was robbed of Rs 82,000 from at Airport Dance Restaurant on Wednesday night. The robbers also attacked and seriously wounded Karki, who is receiving treatment at Kathmandu Medical College, police said. — HNS
