Man held with heroin

KATHMANDU: The Narcotic Drug Control Law Enforcement Unit (NDCLEU), New Baneshwor, on Friday arrested 40-year-old Tulasi Maharjan with a packet of heroin from Balaju while he was looking for customers. Maharjan stays at Sanigaon-1, Lalitpur, the police said. — HNS
