India aids Rs 49 million

KATHMANDU: India has pledged financial assistance of Rs 49.47 million to Healthy Nepal Community Hospital in Kathmandu to organise health camps to spread awareness among the poor and downtrodden women suffering from Uterine Prolapse in nine Tarai districts of Nepal.

Am MoU was signed with the Hospital, and the Embassy of India in Kathmandu.

The support is part of India–Nepal Cooperation Programme of India, according to a release issued by the Indian Embassy.
