KATHMANDU: Police nabbed a jailbird, who had run away from the Sindhupalchok District Jail during the massive quake of April 25, on Sunday.

The 31-year-old, Pasang Jeli Sherpa, from Lagarne, Sindhupalchok was behind the bars for his involvement in a revenue-related case, police said.
