Lalitpur: The two-day national conference on Restructuring of State and Indigenous Nationalities ended on Monday without any conclusion after the participating organisations demanded more time to discuss the historic agenda. On Monday’s session, many of the organisations raised concern over the intention of the proposal. They said the proposal was yet another tool to delay the uplift of the indigenous communities.
