Japanese envoy calls on NC leader Paudel

KATHMANDU: Japanese Ambassador to Nepal Masashi Ogawa called on Nepali Congress (NC) leader Ram Chandra Paudel at the latter's residence in Bohoratar of the Capital on Thursday.

During the meeting, the duo discussed issues related to implementation of the Constitution and post-quake reconstruction projects among others, said Paudel's aide Chiranjibi Adhikari.

On the occasion, Ogawa said that the Government of Japan was ready to provide any support required to implement the Constitution.

He further informed that they were planning to provide the quake resistant house construction training to 900 people in Dhading district.

Likewise, leader Paudel shared that his party's top priority was to implement the Constitution as it was challenging.
