BHAKTAPUR: Former Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman, KP Sharma Oli, today said all procedures pertaining to the Constitution implementation must be completed within the stipulated time frame.

"The transitional phase must end now, there are minor problems in the Constitution's implementation, and we must fulfill the responsibility of implementing it by resolving them," Oli said during a Dashain greeting exchange programme held by the Press Chautari Nepal at his residence in Balkot today.

Stressing the need to drive the country on the path of economic prosperity and development, Oli shared his belief that the elections would take place in time.
