KATHMANDU: An engineering student at Dhulikhel-based Kathmandu University died after he fell down in toilet on Tuesday, police said.

Identified as Basant Aryal (23), the student had lost his consciousness after falling down and was rushed to the Dhulikhel Hospital for treatment.

He breathed his last during the course of treatment, according to police.

It has been learned that Aryal had been residing in Bakuldol of Dhulikhel-7 in Kavre district for his studies.
