KATHMANDU: Unified Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nationalist Chairperson Dr Prakash Chandra Lohani on Tuesday extended tributes to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives to establish democracy in the country.

Lohani also stressed on the need for the new generation to honour and embrace the principles and dedication adopted by the martyrs.

"The Martyrs' Day may inspire all people to maintain social harmony among various communities, achieve economic prosperity, and to attain national independence and self dignity," stated the RPP-N Chair.

“The party is committed to realising dreams of the martyrs to bring political stability, social justice, equality and prosperity to the country,” he added.
