KATHMANDU: A man was electrocuted in Kapan Municipality-16 on Friday.

Police identified the deceased as Ganesh Moktan (47) of Terathum. He was the owner of the Astha Guest House in Kapan.

Moktan, who was critically injured after accidently receiving an electric shock, was rushed to the Grande International Hospital in Dhapasi but breathed his last during the course of treatment, police said.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
