KATHMANDU: A person was found dead in a guest house in Mitranagar of KMC-26 on Monday, said police.

The deceased has been identified as Nishan Thapa Magar (32) of Dodhara Chandani area in Mahakali Municipality-7 of Kanchanpur district.

Magar, who had booked a room in the Seti Mahakali Guest House, went to his room after dinner on Sunday night. He was found dead the following day, according to police.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
