KATHMANDU: Police said they arrested a man on the suspicion of possessing two kg undeclared gold, from Budhanilakantha-3 of Kathmandu.

Yuvaraj Tamang (26), a permanent resident of Sindhupalchok district, was arrested by a team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Sector, Budhanilakantha yesterday.

Police recovered two bars of a yellow metal which looked like gold, weighing one kg each, from his possession.

Further investigation is underway.
