KATHMANDU: People from various walks of life have attended a peaceful rally being held in the capital city today under the citizens’ initiative #JusticeForNirmala demanding the government to take action against the perpetrator who brutally raped and murdered Nirmala Panta.

The rally, which witnessed participation of a large number of people, started from Maitighar Mandala at 1:10 pm and moved towards New Baneshwar, chanting slogans to demand action from government.
