Minister for Labour and Transport Management, Ram Narayan Singh, distributed prizes and certificates to the winners of the fine art competition organised to mark the 59th birthday of King Gyanendra by Inter-School Children’s Fine Art Sub-Committee under the Birthday Civic Main Celebration Committee here today. On the occasion, Minister Singh also inaugurated the exhibition of the paintings done by the students for the competition. A total of 112 paintings are displayed in the exhibition. Minister Singh said the relationship between the people and the King has been intimate since times immemorial.
