Ministry sets up complaint box


The Ministry of Information and Communication has made provisions to keep a complaint box for any complaint or grievance regarding services and facilities being provided by the ministry and all its subordinate bodies. For those who to phone in their complaints, they can dial the ministry at 4223811 during office hours. Similarly, a public relations officer has also been appointed to look into all complaints received by the ministry. The complaints can also be faxed to the ministry at 4227310 even outside of the office hours, according to the ministry. — RSS
