Kathmandu: A MoU was signed between the embassy of India, the DDC, Kathmandu, and the Gram Sudhar Primary School at Baluwa VDC Kathmandu, for a grant assistance of Rs 1,609,490 from India for construction of a building. A release from the embassy states that a panel has been constituted to oversee the project and to ensure proper utilisation of the grant assistance.
