Kathmandu, February 28:

Nepali Congress CA member Krishna Prasad Yadav, who was elected from Rautahat-4, was caught ‘red-handed’ while he was involved in illegal sexual activity in a house at Maharajgunj on Thursday night.

The police also arrested four Nepal Army personnel and one Armed Police Force man during raids in different massage parlours in Thamel.

According to police officers at Metropolitan Police Range, Hanumandhoka,

Yadav was arrested along with four women from a house behind the Kanti

Children Hospital where they had been running a prostitution racket.

During the raid in Thamel, the police nabbed NA personnel Buddhi Bahadur Lama, Krishna Nepali, Sher Bahadur BK and Prakash Thapa and Sudip Acharya of APF. A total of

34 people were arrested during the raids in Maharajgunj and Thamel. The police said 28 were involved in illegal sexual activities.

“All those arrested, including Yadav, will face charges under the Public Offence Act,” a senior police officer said. Yadav has been kept at Metropolitan Police Sector,

Singhadurbar, while the women arrested with him and those arrested from Thamel have been kept at Hanumandhoka.
