Kathmandu, December 30:

The National Democratic Republican Front (NDRF) today said that it would continue its struggle, saying the third amendment of the interim constitution has not fulfiled its demands for opting an all-out proportional electoral system.

Issuing a press statement, the Republican Front said it had opposed the third amendment passed by the interim parliament on Friday.

The Front also criticised the Seven Party Alliance for “increasing unnecessary financial burden to the country” by increasing the seats of the Constituent Assembly to 601 from 497.
