KATHMANDU: Nepal and Lithuania have established diplomatic ties with effect from February 8. Nepal accredited its embassy in Moscow as the non-resident embassy to Lithuania. Nepal now has diplomatic relations with all 25 members of the European Union. Nepal has ties with 114 nations. — RSS
