Nepal’s poser to govt on CA
Bhaktapur, April 21:
CPN-UML general secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal today asked the government to immediately make its stance on constituent assembly (CA) polls clear.
“A referendum will be the best way to decide the fate of monarchy if the government fails to conduct constituent assembly polls by June 20,” Nepal told journalists after a programme in Bhaktapur today. Nepal said, “The government should clarify why it is delaying the announcement of date for the polls.” Nepal said CA polls may be deferred like in 2007 BS.
