Objectives of incumbent govt fulfilled: Cabinet meeting

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Council of Ministers has drawn conclusion that the cabinet formed under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has fulfilled its goals.

Today's cabinet meeting held at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar thanked all for their support in operation of the government, said Minister for Water Supply and Sanitation, Mahendra Yadav.

The meeting also drew conclusion that the government was successful to conclude its main task of holding local, central and provincial-level elections.

Prime Minister Deuba would submit his resignation to President Bidya Devi Bhandari today itself after addressing the nation.
