KATHMANDU: Police arrested a person in possession of brown heroin from Kathmandu on Tuesday.

Kalyani Gurung (37) of Chainpur-9, Chitwan district, currently residing at KMC-4 was arrested with 12 gram brown sugar, police said.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Swoyambhu raided Gurung’s room and confiscated the contraband.
