KATHMANDU: A man from Dolakha has been arrested from Gaurighat of the Capital for his alleged involvement in at least seven theft cases inside and outside the Kathmandu Valley. Tika Bahadur KC (32) from Jugu VDC-1 of Dolakha district was arrested by a police team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Crime Division yesterday. Police said he was also involved in thefts of statues of archaeological importance. Police also recovered a television set, which they claimed was stolen, from him. The suspect has been handed over to the Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, for further investigations and actions.
