Kathmandu, May 5:

Airport Security Police at the Tribhuvan International Airport today arrested Pakistani national Shatrughan Gilani for possessing excess US and Thai currency.

SP Dhak Bahadur Karki said that Gilani was arrested with $10,000 and Bhat 500. Gilali was scheduled to board Etihad airlines for Karachi through Abu Dhabi. “Gilani came to Nepal four days ago from Bangkok and stayed at Hotel Yak and Yeti,” Karki said. He has been kept at Metropolitan Police Sector, Gaushala, the police said.
