Kathmandu, September 4:

The Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) today formed the Haritalika Teej Management Committee (HTMC)-2062 BS under Ram Prasad Dahal for better management of devotees in the Pashupati area. The committee has a seven-member advisory panel and an 11-member management committee.
