Kathmandu: Demanding promotions for non-gazetted (fourth level) health workers, who have completed at least three years of service, paramedics staged a sit-in in front of the Ministry of Health and Population on Thursday. There are over 26,000 assistant (fourth-level) paramedics in the country.
