KATHMANDU: A parked passenger bus was reportedly gutted after it engulfed in flames in Swayambhu of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-15 on Friday.

According to police, the bus (Ba 1 Kha 6828) parked by a roadside near Annapurna Chowk in Swayambhu for the past five to seven months went up in flames today.

It is yet to ascertain the bus ownership and the cause of the blaze, said police.

The investigation into the case is underway, said police.
