Kathmandu, July 15:

The Public Service Commission today demanded action against peon at the Land Tax Office, Hetauda, Om Bahadur Pun, who attacked Under Secretary Dinesh Rai.

Organising a press conference, spokesperson for the Public Service Commission Dr Niranjan Prasad Upadhyaya said Pun hit Rai with a paper-weight in his eye over a dispute on former’s transfer.

Rai was undergoing treatment in Tilganga Eye Hospital. Pun was handed over to the police.
