PM Oli leaves hospital

KATHMANDU: Doctors involved in the treatment of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, on Friday evening, decided to discharge him.

PM Oli was receiving treatment for chest infection at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj.

The decision follows PM Oli's health examination report issued on Friday morning which shows his health condition as "normal", according to a statement released by Dr Uttam Krishna Shrestha, Executive Director of the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center.

PM Oli was admitted to the Centre on Monday after he suffered respiratory complications. A team led by cardiologist Dr Arun Sayami attended to PM Oli over the week.
