KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar, addressing a mass

gathering organised to celebrate the International Day for Disaster Reduction at Tundikhel, here said on Wednesday that

the government was working to formulate policies on disaster risk reduction startegies.

“We’ll finalise it soon,” he said, adding, “The government is also preparing to

distribute relief package to the flood

affected people in the country,” said DPM Gachhadar, during the function.
