Pratibimba leaves for NSD theatre fest

Kathmandu, January 6:
A 14-member theatre group of Pratibimba today left for New Delhi to participate in the seventh Bharat Ranga Mahotsav — a grand show of theatrical performances .
According to a press statement issued today by the Indian Embassy Bharat Ranga Mahotsav is organised by India’s premier National School of Drama (NSD) and is an annual theatre festival that attracts participation from international groups as well.
The Nepali team from the Pratibimba is led by well known Nepali personality, Anup Baral, who has directed the Nepali play Khuma for presentation at the Mahotsav. Last year, another theatre group Arohan run by renowned stage actor Sunil Pokharel had represented Nepal in the Bharat Ranga Mahotsav.
